1. Eligibility

The raffle is open to registered ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 attendees who are not affiliated with Blueprint Solutions, including employees, contractors, partners, and their immediate family members.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Only one entry per person per day is permitted.

Only one winner per company for the entire event period.

Employees, contractors, partners, and their immediate family members of Blueprint Solutions are not eligible.
 
2. How to Enter

To enter the raffle:

• Visit the Blueprint Solutions booth during Knowledge 2026 at The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada.

• Allow a Blueprint Solutions representative to scan your event badge.

• Participate in a brief live demo of Blueprint AI.

• One qualified badge scan + completed demo = one raffle entry for that day.

No cost or purchase is required to enter.
 
3. Event Dates & Daily Prizes

The raffle will be held during Knowledge 2026 from May 5–7, 2026.

One winner will be selected each day for the following prizes:

Day 1 Prize: Apple AirPods Pro 3

Day 2 Prize: iPad Air 11-inch M3

Day 3 Prize: Apple Watch Series 11 GPS

Blueprint Solutions reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection

At the close of each event day, all eligible entries for that day will be compiled into a numbered list.
A random drawing using a random number selection method will determine the daily winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each day.
 
5. Winner Notification

Winners may be announced at the booth and/or contacted by email after each drawing.
Winners must respond within 30 days of notification to claim the prize.
If no response is received, Blueprint Solutions reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
 
6. Prize Conditions

Prizes are:

• non-transferable

• non-refundable

• not redeemable for cash

• may not be exchanged
   

Any taxes, duties, or fees associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
 
7. Privacy & Data Use

By entering, participants consent to the collection of contact information for:

• raffle administration

• follow-up communications

• marketing related to Blueprint Solutions offerings
   

Information will not be sold to third parties.
Participants may unsubscribe from future communications at any time.
 
8. Disqualification

Blueprint Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
 

• provides false information

• violates event policies

• attempts to manipulate the drawing process

• fails to comply with these rules

 
9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to reasonable use of their name, likeness, company name, and prize announcement for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
 
10. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint Solutions is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or technically invalid entries, or for circumstances beyond its control that may affect the raffle.
 
11. Governing Law

This raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

13. Complimentary Backlog Analysis (Optional Offering)

Participation in the raffle may include the opportunity to receive a complimentary ServiceNow backlog analysis from Blueprint
Solutions.

This offering is:
 

• separate from the raffle prize

• optional and not required for entry

• based on a review of a portion of the participant’s backlog
   

The backlog analysis is intended to provide guidance on how backlog items may be efficiently processed using Blueprint AI and where the greatest opportunities for value and acceleration exist.
Blueprint Solutions reserves the right to define the scope and format of this offering.
