Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business for Blueprint AI by targeting organizations in need of ServiceNow solutions. You will work on a 100% commission-based structure, earning a referral commission for every deal you close. This is an ideal opportunity for self-starters who have a strong network and are confident in their ability to sell ServiceNow solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem (small to enterprise-level businesses).

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including IT leaders, operations managers, ServiceNow administrators and developers.

Understand the needs of potential clients and effectively present Blueprint AI as a solution to their ServiceNow challenges.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the sales process.

Close deals and earn referral commissions based on deal size and customer requirements.

Collaborate with Blueprint Solutions to ensure smooth communication and deal handoffs.

Track and report on sales activities, leads, and closed deals.
Qualifications

Proven experience in selling ServiceNow products and solutions.

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and its potential business applications.

Ability to work independently and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.

A robust network within the IT, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience in referral commission-based compensation is a plus.
Compensation

100% commission-based pay, with earnings tied directly to closed deals.

Competitive referral commission structure, offering high earning potential.

Flexibility to work remotely.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position (no benefits or taxes withheld by the company).
